Once You Contact Us About Designing Your Website, Or Redesigning An Existing Website, You Can Expect The Following To Occur: We will start out by discussing your needs either in person (if you reside nearby) or via Email or telephone. We will attempt to understand your needs, and convert those needs into a tangible website that will serve its intended purpose. Together, we will develop and outline, or plan, of what your website will include -- text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio files, etc. -- and begin by creating a "Home Page" for your review. Once we have developed an acceptable Home Page design, we will use the design elements of the Home Page as a general "theme" for the entire website. This will help maintain a consistent "look and feel" as visitors to your website click on and navigate through different pages. We will also provide you with a complete, detailed written proposal which will outline all of the items to be included in your website. This written proposal will include detailed line item pricing. Upon your acceptance of this proposal, and your signature upon it, it will become your written contract. At that point, we will begin the process of developing your website in its entirety. During that process, we will keep in touch with you, showing you our work as it progresses, and making any necessary changes. You can usually expect the entire development of a website to take several weeks to complete -- perhaps longer depending upon the volume of pages. We will provide you with a detailed "check list" of items to be included on your website. As items are completed, we will check them off. That will help to insure that nothing is forgotten or overlooked. We usually design webpages so they display well on a 15-inch monitor. Although many people today use larger monitors, millions of people still use smaller 15-inch monitors. The problem that occurs when webpages are designed for larger monitors is that people using smaller monitors must constantly scroll to the right in order to see the remainder of a page, then scroll back to the left again. By designing webpages to display well on a 15-inch monitor it eliminates that problem, and the pages display just as well -- with no problems -- on larger monitors. A small detail perhaps, but it is something that will make your website visitor's experiences a much more pleasant one! Attention to small details is one of the things we take pride in doing! That is because what sometimes appears to be a small detail can actually turn out to be a BIG problem if not discovered and corrected. For example, we do our website design work using the Netscape browser, but we also test our webpage designs on the Internet Explorer browser as well. That is because certain webpage elements display differently on each browser. By testing our webpage designs on both browsers, we can often eliminate problems before visitors to your website ever get the chance to see them! At the conclusion of the website design project, we will ask you to review your new website in detail and sign off on it. It is our sincere desire to provide our customers with very high quality and professional website design services. We want to provide you with a product that will serve your needs well, and that will make you happy! Contact Us Today, And Let's Get Started On Your New Website! |
